The ISLAND KITCHEN VOLUME 2
Following the very successful book 'The Island Kitchen' published in 2015, Lily Publications have now released a volume two with principle photography by me. Here is a flavour of the photography included in the book, showing restaurants, recipes and staff. Working in busy restaurants with all the lights and stands is challenging. I also had limited time at each location to get a range of shots...but I did get to eat the dishes I photographed!
